Contests
Members submit photos for contests and results are announced and discussed at the next meeting. Judges are volunteers and do not need to be professional or even advanced/intermediate photographers - judging is an amazing learning experience!

Lemons to Lemonade Contest 2010
The topic is Lemons to Lemonade:
- Find a photo from straight out of the camera that has the potential to improve with some creative processing.
- Make some changes that take the photo from poor or mediocre to "wow"!
- We will be judging on creativity more than technical skills (though technical skills might be important to fulfill your creative vision). When we look at a before photo, then switch to the after photo, we want to think, "What a great improvement! Why didn't I think of that?"
Judges will be Andrew, Gail, and Anda.
You may submit ONE set of before and after photos.
Remember to resize/rename your photo and to include a title. Please refer to the Submitting Contest Photos recipe on our web site: http://ngphotoclub.ca/node/35 (please name your photos with your name as per usual, and add "_before" and "_after" to the end of the names).
The deadline to submit is Friday November 26 at 5:00pm.
